I often get emails from bloggers complaining that "noone's leaving any comments" on their blog.  Well, in the blogging world there's a very strong quid-pro-quo ethic i.e. "something for something."  This means that if you leave a comment on someone's blog they're VERY LIKELY going to come back to your blog and leave a comment.

Now, I am going to be adding the ability in Q Blogs' comments for you to add your URL  Right now its just asks for an email.   However, one trick is to put your URL in the email box until I change that.

So go out there and make comments on other bloggers' blogs!  ... and don't forget to tell them where your blog is!

One of the BEST ways to bring visitors to your blog is to visit - and comment on - other blogs. 

So, visit other blogger's pages here at Q Blogs and visit blogger.com and do a search for GLBT, Gay, or Lesbian and start visiting ... start commenting. 

The same holds true for Facebook, D List, MySpace, Friendster, et al. 

I've taken quite a bit of time to add all of the active blogs to a directory called BlogExplosion - www.blogexlposion.com.  This is an advertising directory that promotes traffic to blogs.

If you'd like to more aggressively promote your blog you might want to consider joining (It's free.) and cruise site in the directory.  The theory is that you earn "credits" by vieing sites.  Thos creidts, in turn, put your blog into the mix for others to view.
