So ... next to the "Author" tab is a "Description" tab.

"But I just wrote a damned description!"

Well, depending on the template you choose, the author description and the blog description are two different things.  

Remember then, that the author description is about you the blogger, the blog description is about the blog itself.

You can play around with these and switch them up if you want.  Nothing is set in stone.  It IS your blog.

Next to the "Description" tab is a "Logo" tab.  I know.  I know.  You already uploaded an image.  This image is solely dependent on the blog template you chose.  This image is typically set in the header or top section of your blog.

If you go to http://www.q-blogs.com/QueerVueMirror that whole header is the "logo" that was uploaded.
