so i was just reading one of the newest posts on fABULON, one of my favorite blogs to read daily.  you should check it out because the content is a fun mix of retro, modern, contemporary, fashion, camp and all kinds of other cool stuff.  anyway, one of the posts was of artwork created by an artist named audrey kawasaki.  her work really is captivating and intriguing.  it's very female-centric but just so simply beautiful that anyone can appreciate it.read more >>

candace came over this afternoon to hang out and talk shit like we do...

so we are arguing with pancho that being a metrosexual is not a bad thing.  he kept getting defensive because he didn't really understand the concept.  he is a metrosexual but had no idea that there was a name for it.  anyway,  candace blurts out that she thinks her 4 year old nephew is going to grow up gay.

her nephew made his parents buy him a little boy doll that he takes care of.  he named his baby brian.  how adorable, huh?  he comes over to candace's house and plays with her little sister's baby stroller and pushes his baby brian around.  and when he gets upset at someone, he calls them a sissy lala!

well i was just caught a split second (actually the last minute or so) of vh1 playing the robin thicke "lost without you" video.  i had heard it before and really liked the sound and style of his voice. when i found myself thinking that he is "hotter" than jt; so i decided to watch it 'til the end.  then macy gray's new video "you finally made me happy" came on.  i was kinda stunned by her new incarnation. she looked really really good and sounded like her usually fabulous self! then natalie cole appears helping macy sing the chorus and she looked really really good!  and then i thought, who's more fabulous? mary j. blige or macy gray? macy gray or natalie cole? of course they are each fabulous in their own special ways, but overall, who would you choose as most fabulous as they are now?read more >>
