Crushed
My heart is crushed
held together by cheap dollar tree tape.
Fragile
So fragile it would turn to dust
with the slightest touch.
Lost
My soul is lost
torn apart by a love who has forgotten her way.
Broken
Our vows tossed aside to pursue
something with pain lying in its wake.
Hope
The only thing left to hold on to
because im all alone floating in endless space.
Crushed
How long can my soul hope that these broken vows rebuild
tossing aside its fragile state
moving on these lost souls reunite
to reclaim the fate that love has brought them together
and healed their hearts as one for all eternity plus one!
